How can I track my order?
We'll provide a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed and shipped. You can use this to follow your Gnomekin's travels to your doorstep.
When will I get my order?
We ship via USPS, and delivery times depend on the shipping method you select at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays and lost packages caused by the mailing system, but we'll do our best to assist you if an issue arises.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Our pocket wonders do travel overseas! International orders are shipped through USPS First Class International - approximately 1-3 weeks. Please note that delivery times vary depending on the destination, and we are not responsible for delays or lost packages once they leave our hands.
What is your return/exchange policy?
At Gnomekins, every felted pocket gnome is lovingly handcrafted and imbued with a dash of magic. We take great care to ensure your gnome arrives ready to bring joy to your days. However, if a rare spell of imperfection has befallen your gnome, we're here to help.
1. Conditions for Return:
- Returns are accepted ONLY for gnomes, Scenic Bowls, and/or Star Pockets with clear defects, and buyers are responsible for return shipping cost.
- Please contact us within 4 days of receiving them.
- We will work with you to return your Gnomekins to our workshop and offer a refund excluding shipping cost.
2. NO Exchanges:
- Each Gnomekins has its own unique charm and purpose. At this time we are unable to offer exchanges, but we'll happily assist with repairing your Gnomekins if there are clear defects. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
What is the processing time?
- Our processing time is 3-7 business days. Each order is carefully prepared to ensure your Gnomekins are ready for their journey to you!
Do you take custom orders?
- At this time, we're not accepting custom orders. Be sure to follow us on Instagram @gnomekins for exciting annoucements and updates on our special, limited-edition releases.
What are the materials used?
- Each felted pocket gnome is handmade with love from 100% Wool. The Scenic Bowls are a combination of 100% Wool, Aryclic, Wood, Metal, and Plastic.
Colors, Textures and Sizes
- Our Gnomekins are lovingly handcrafted, which makes each one truly unique! Due to the nature of handmade creations and the natural variations in materials, slight difference in hue and texture may occur. Additionally, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings or device. While we strive to stay true to the designs you see in our shop, these small variations add to their charm and individuality - making your Gnomekin one-of-a-kind!
Our pocket gnomes stand approximately 2 to 2.5" tall, making them the perfect pocket-sized companions. The Scenic Bowls are designed to complement them beautifully, measuring 2 to 2.5" tall and 2" wide. Each piece is crafted with care, adding a whimsical touch to your space while remaining delightfully compact.
FREE Repairs...for life!
- We know how special your Gnomekin is to you. For that reason we will do everything we can to do minor repairs. Send us a message and pictures of the condition of your Gnomekin and we will let you know if we are able to do our magic. We only ask for you to cover the shipping costs to send to us and return to you.
